    The moment I powered on my Lenovo IdeaPad 1 (15.6" FHD Touchscreen, AMD Ryzen 5, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD), I realized that I had made the right choice. This machine has totally exceeded all my expectations in every way — speed, looks, and utility. The light, slender frame makes it super portable, perfect for moving from my desk to the sofa or packing in a bag when traveling. The screen is responsive and silky to the touch, and the rich Full HD screen makes anything from movies to spreadsheets look amazing. Paired with the AMD Ryzen 5 processor, multitasking is a piece of cake — I can have several tabs, streaming, and documents open without any lag at all. I’m also amazed at how quiet and cool it runs, even during heavier workloads. The battery life is impressive, lasting me through long study sessions without constantly reaching for the charger. The keyboard feels comfortable for long typing sessions, and the precision touchpad is accurate and smooth. What I like most is that it's so well-balanced — it's robust enough for work, mobile enough to carry everywhere, and stylish enough to turn heads. I absolutely adore using it on a daily basis, and it's made work, school, and play seamless.     I really like the touch screen that adds an additional way of interacting with the device. The screen has decent brightness and is responsive. The battery life is about average at this level. The processor is quiet and responsive. The laptop is light but feels solid. It is a plastic build and does show fingerprints quite easily. This was a good purchase based on the sales price and replaced my aging Lenovo from 5 years ago. Here's to another 5 years with this one.

It’s lightweight, runs very smoothly, and the touchscreen is responsive and convenient for quick navigation.     I picked up the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 looking for a budget-friendly laptop for everyday tasks like web browsing, emails, and streaming videos. For the price, it's an excellent purchase—the speed is great, the touchscreen is a very convenient feature, and the screen quality is bright and clear. It's lightweight and thin, so it's easy to carry around. However, the biggest drawback is the memory. The 8GB of RAM is soldered to the motherboard, which means it can't be upgraded. While 8GB is fine for basic multitasking right now, I know it's a limitation for future-proofing. As software and apps become more demanding, the non-upgradable RAM could become a bottleneck and slow the system down. So, if you're a student or casual user on a budget, this is a fantastic value. But if you think you'll need more power down the line, keep in mind that you're stuck with what you get
