    I bought this laptop to replace a 2017 model that had become incredibly slow to boot up and extremely slow on response times. The final straw was the last Microsoft update took nearly 24 hours to complete! This computer is used minimally and NOTHING gets stored on it, so it has a perfect amount of storage, bells & whistles. My husband (he is the primary user) is very happy with this laptop. I had the Geek Squad set up this laptop, merging over the small amount of data on the previous one. They also wiped the old one and recycled it for me. Finishing the setup at home was relatively quick and I appreciated the extra time the tech took to walk me through a few of the steps i would need to complete at home. Definitely recommend this laptop if you're looking for a basic machine and don't need screaming fast graphics for video games, etc.

    this laptop is really good and since it was onsale im glad i was able to pick it up for a real price however if you get the elements on the screen wet it does get buggy and freezes up some times but really decent laptop so its good not the best but really good.

    Purchased this laptop computer for my sister. She needed it for E-Mail, Facebook and to log on to various online accounts. It seems to be working out fine. I would recommend this computer for anyone not requiring a large amount of diskspace or memory.

    It is a good laptop computer. Used to get on to a TV but caution, the technology is too new for some TVs. Still getting used to some things I need it for, should be a good overall computer for daily use.

    It was a good price, easy to use, however there are a lot of options that I don't know how it's works, and it doesn't come with instructions. In general it has all I need for taking my classes.

    I like it. It is thd upgraded version of my former laptop. Therefore i know it. It has the speed I want. The only ptoblem isn't the laptop. It's the Cloud. I HATE the Cloud.

    The Laptop is great for everyday use. Surfing the web and any normal activity. That is my use for it and couldn't ask for a better laptop. Great size and screen also love that its touch screen!
