    This is a beautiful computer and is easy to use. It was very easy to set up, but was way too much of a computer for its uses. Microsoft "S" mode bit me in the butt with some misinformation from my sales person.

    A few days after I got my Lenovo IdeaPad 1 I was horrified to see that Consumer Reports said it was the worst laptop they had tested. But unlike my previous one, it would show things like YouTube without insisting on a sign in with no way to sign in, and many other things refused to come on without my trying and usually failing to prove I was human. I suspect the problems with the previous one were due to some bad program downloads, but I couldn't fix them.

    This thing is working great! No issues, and an easy walk through setup! Not too crazy about the AI thing! I just don’t use it! I would definitely recommend and buy again! Budget friendly price and quality is very good!
