I think it’s okay I did have to purchase a mouse to go with it bc the mouse pad is weird to work with. It also runs slow a lot but I do have a lot of tabs open i guess. I am used to my old MacBook not having any loading problems. I would recommend this to someone else it’s a nice computer overall. Oh I also hate how the speakers are on the bottom of the computer that makes no sense.

Regarding your concern about multitasking performance, please ensure that all available updates are installed through Lenovo Vantage and Windows Update Settings. These updates may impact your device’s performance when multitasking. To check for updates in Lenovo Vantage, start by launching the Lenovo Vantage app and selecting the “Check for updates” button on the right-hand side of the homepage. To check for Windows Updates, start by launching the Settings app, then selecting the Windows Update tab on the left-hand side of the page, finally select the “Check for updates’ button located in the top right of the page. After these updates are installed, please restart your device to ensure all program files are properly configured.
To enhance your audio experience, your IdeaPad 1i comes with the Dolby Access app which allows users to change their audio profiles to enhance sound quality.

They helped set up my computer and provided assistance in recovering my documents from my old computer which was determined to have a bad battery.

It did not function as fast as I was told it would not did Microsoft come with it. That would be a separate app as well as charge.

Called about set up of printer and first rep cut me off and second rep was not knowledgeable and seemed to be using a script. Neither spoke English well!

Decent laptop

Has little speed issues, but i am ok with that since i only ise it for little things. No light up keyboard, thats a downside even for me. Overall, fitts the price.

Regarding your note on performance slowdowns, if you're not multitasking on the system, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue with performance inconsistencies by addressing system bugs.
To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.
