Given the price, I didn’t expect this machine to have any extraordinary functionality. Was just hoping to run a few core apps such as chrome and office 365 for simple browsing and emailing. This model is unable to to do that as performance becomes unbearably slow, slower than a 2008 MacBook that I still have. The worst thing is that this model doesn’t support the installation of several drivers that 99% of other laptops are capable. This makes it hard to connect to external displays, add additional storage, or even use intel services to help boost performance as you will not be able to simply email without having to restart the device. Two months later and now the battery is not functioning.

Disappointed with the speed. Lenovo just appears sluggish when 4 or more windows are open.

While I hate Microsoft products usually (exempting Xbox products), and still can't operate Microsoft Office (overcharged for subscription, never worked), and normally go for ACER Chromebooks with everything on the cloud, minimal updates/buffering, I found this product to be still useful in ways I couldn't expect, clocking out a hybrid memory storage system, and will fully take advantage of 3-Month Xbox Game Pass, once I buy the new Xbox.

Nothing wrong softaware wise, but hardware is a different story. Bought this laptop for my father. A little less than 4 months later the right hand hinge has broken off from the screen side.
