Love love easy to use. Was Apprehensive because the price was so low. Very easy to use I got the warranty. I buy nothing without the Geek Squad. Anytime I purchase the item from Best Buy. I am always pleased if there is any issues. I never have any trouble returning it or getting help.

Bought this for my grandson and is very satisfied with it.

I will never purchase a computer with less than 8GB of RAM. This computer is very slow, it's a joke.

This model from Lenovo is not able to support multiple functionality at the same time. I personally love the brand, but this model is very basic with low performance. The CPU is almost full from Factory required applications. I could not switch from the internet to a Word document simultaneously without freezing. I recommend upgrading to a better model if you need to do more than one task at a time.

Laptop works great, it was a gift to my brother who was using a laptop that was about 12 years old and low on space and storage. Great price during Christmas and we opted for the 2 year coverage plan.

Worked good for the things I needed it for, which were pretty basic. I have had it a year tough and the screen is now held on by duct tape.

It's fast, idk, it's just a good system, I've only had it for a few months but it's great so far. The first day that I brought it home it was buffering and I was rolling my eyes but it must be part of the setup because after day one it's been the best computer that I've ever owned.

Works excellant, has good quality picture and sound, it also has excellant graphics and great battery life.i use it alot for trainings for my job

The product is decent. I don’t like that they come set to backup your information to one drive had to figure that out, and I also didn’t like how they came stock with a protective software to prevent you from installing things from online. Had to go online to find out how to deactivate that. Now it is a decent computer for $200.00 bucks but bare minimum. A little more memory, at least a 1TB hard drive, with a small price increase would make it what it needs to be.
