She hasn’t used the computer until recently and the case is pulling away from the screen. This is a know problem with the laptop and Lenovo is not fixing it. It has a bad hinge. They have the same problem with multiple models. Do not buy.

No one is home the laptop won’t even go to a page. I went to a coffee shop and Starbucks just to see if it was my wifi. Still not loading.. I use this laptop for simple stuff and it couldn’t even do that.

To help resolve your 'glitch' issue, first, we recommend checking for updates through Windows Update settings. These updates can help resolve issues from operating system bugs to driver software improvements. To navigate there, select start on the taskbar (windows logo) or press the windows key on the keyboard then select Settings. In Settings, select Windows Update, and then select the Check For Updates button. Install any available updates and restart your PC if required. If you didn’t have any updates that required a restart, it’s still a good idea to restart your device to make sure any pending updates are installed.
