Known Issue

I use it for both school and work. Then out of the blue the right side hinge froze. Best Buy called it a "seized hinge," and said it was a known issue. Best Buy didn't tell me about this "known issue" when I purchased the laptop. Now it's in repair for something I didn't cause and I won't get it back until July 22nd. I'm perturbed because Best Buy sold me this laptop with this known issue in the first place and now I'm without a laptop for my school and work.
