This laptop is supposed to be open box certified, but this is terrible trash. There’s scratches on the top of laptop, smudges on screen, a dent on the side, and the screen is literally separated at the top left corner. PLEASE THE REVIEWS! I thought I would get lucky because it is a decent price for pre owned, but this is crap. There’s no way these laptops should be sold falling apart. Also, it was supposed to be 2 day shipping.. the delivery took 5 days. I submitted the return request as soon as the status updated to delivered. Save a couple coins and buy something brand new.

Feel apart within a week

The little latch connecting the keyboard to the screen is split and disconnected from the unit as well. It was going to cost $85 to send it back for inspection through Lenovo, and this did not include the cost for repairs. The laptop does work despite the design flaws.
