Great buy for the price pleasantly surprised

Very easy to use I got the warranty. I buy nothing without the Geek Squad. Anytime I purchase the item from Best Buy. I am always pleased if there is any issues. I never have any trouble returning it or getting help.

Limited functionality, single task at a time only.

I personally love the brand, but this model is very basic with low performance. The CPU is almost full from Factory required applications. I could not switch from the internet to a Word document simultaneously without freezing. I recommend upgrading to a better model if you need to do more than one task at a time.

Great price during Christmas and we opted for the 2 year coverage plan.

The first day that I brought it home it was buffering and I was rolling my eyes but it must be part of the setup because after day one it's been the best computer that I've ever owned.
