Decent purchase

I don’t like that they come set to backup your information to one drive had to figure that out, and I also didn’t like how they came stock with a protective software to prevent you from installing things from online. Had to go online to find out how to deactivate that. Now it is a decent computer for $200.00 bucks but bare minimum. A little more memory, at least a 1TB hard drive, with a small price increase would make it what it needs to be.

Needed a laptop but didnt want to spend a lot of money. This ticked all the boxes - did add memory (very easily) and took out the extra protection just in case.

We could not beat the value for the price - anywhere! Her use is primarily email and family communications. She needs very little storage space. Sweet machine!

It freezes up far too much. It is slow. I also bought a 14 inch with the same memory and storage and though it freezes once in a while it's not as bad as this one. Look at the `14 inch. If you are a patient person and don't mind freeze ups maybe you would be OK with this.

You Get What You Pay For

I've contacted support twice since I've had the laptop and I can't get it to work properly. Have not used it because every time I try to get on it, the Display blinks on and off and I have to go into task manager to type in exployer.exe to open up he explorer. Still then, I cannot do anything else on it but get a frozen screen with the edge browser and the side bar.
