Love this laptop. Just what I was looking for. I do light web surfing. Doesn't buffer for ever. I use office and it opens quick. Was looking for so.ething to handle taxes this year and this worked perfectly. Very pleased for under $300.

For the cost it is a great laptop. You won't get vivid video, but for the cost you shouldn't expect it. I am very satisfied with the Lenovo laptop. It meets my needs for word processing, internet browsing and checking email.

Slow and glitchy. I needed something simple to download word files. Microsoft office took forever to set up and this computer was slow as heck. Kept Microsoft and returned this computer. Incredibly loud. The outside looks nice but inside the computer is just not where it needs to be. You get what you pay for.

    DONT BUY OPEN BOX ONLINE

this might be self explanatory but i had never purchased anything from best buy. so when i saw the price difference in open box products and the normal ones i thought it was a no brainer. However buying open box online has no guarantee that you will get what you actually paid for. in box i didn’t receive a charger for the laptop or any paperwork regarding the laptop. and once i was able to power it on i discovered that it is was missing wifi drivers and i couldn’t install them because this laptop is in S mode. so if you have the opportunity wait to buy open box if you’ll be in a store so you can guarantee that you receive the basic requirements.

I dont believe that a 2022 “basic” computer has trouble performing basic tasks. My son is struggling to conduct simple school work and meetings with his teacher. Zoom is hardly functional. I shoukdve have to spend a ton of money for this. Highly disappointed.

So, so... I just assumed it was upgradeable I was wrong and that was worse for some reasons, plus very disappointed with how they made very stupid decision to not allowing customers into their own devices and upgrade whatever they wanted! And yes, I understand that was prices reasons but still not right reason to not be upgrade on customers devices because so many reasons why we might need it to be able to upgrade, for example, not enough space for just one game because of itself game about 45GB and no way to replace the "MMC" on this laptop because of there is no upgradeable but still it was not the real reason for this... Really reason to keep products cheapest price to and not make any sense to many of us because that would definitely going into trash in less than year and not worth of customers money to get this stupid laptop... Whoever designed this to be unable to upgrade need to go HELL!

Not worth the low price. I was looking for a cheap laptop for basic browsing, and this was not it. It would not keep up with simple websites. I returned and purchased a Dell for around the same price that was exactly was I was looking for. I have had Levnovos before, but this cheaper version is not ideal.
