To help resolve your 'glitch' issue, first, we recommend checking for updates through Windows Update settings. These updates can help resolve issues from operating system bugs to driver software improvements. To navigate there, select start on the taskbar (windows logo) or press the windows key on the keyboard then select Settings. In Settings, select Windows Update, and then select the Check For Updates button. Install any available updates and restart your PC if required. Somehow it slowly begin to fall apart. I could completely understand if I was being rough with it , or if I carried it around and moved around alot with it . . . BUT the only time I used it was when I wad home IN BED . The first week I noticed screws were missing . The 3rd week I opened in & it was completely torn apart . I hate I didn’t look for reviews before purchasing but this is honestly the WORST LAPTOP I’VE EVER WASTED MY MONEY ON ! When I got it it also couldn’t keep a charge . Tried to file a claim On the battery ( since I had a warranty ) but I was taken to a website where I couldn’t understand anything because everything was in Chinese.
