She was very rude. She was not speaking highly of any of the lower cost laptops. She said I had 30 days to decide if I like the laptop. I went home that night and set it up. Around the 20th of the month I logged back into the computer and realized I did not like it. I got my receipt out, with the intention of returning it, and realized it said I only had 15 days to return. It was after the 15 days and I was no longer able to return. Not only did I have poor service, I was not told the correct policy.

Was fairly slow during the initial day with updates etc. after update system works great and is quick for the price. Great laptop for browsing, email etc.
