It was repaired by geek squad the first time and that used up my benefits. Two months later it broke again in the spot that was repaired. I guess you get what you pay for.

The screen is separating from keyboard and trimming around keyboard is coming off. Worse part is that Bestbuy won’t even exchange it.

I had another one like it that did the same thing and was told it might be sue to rough treatment but I know this one has been treated gently so this is just an inferior product.

It absolutely will not let you download intuit programs. Glad it was cheap because it was a massive regret.

Windows 11 S-Mode provides added security by only allowing APPs available (and therefore certified by Microsoft) at the Microsoft Store. If you need to install applications not available at the Microsoft Store, such as Intuit software, you can switch to standard Windows 11 Home 64-bit Operating System, at no additional cost. Posted .Hello, NikiK, we are sorry to hear that you encountered an issue with your IdeaPad 1 15. To try and resolve this issue, first, be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 11. Incompatible software will cause the system to not perform properly and impair function. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this conflicts with the existing copy of the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to the original factory default settings if any of the programming errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom of your Windows 11 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on-screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If the problem persists, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support for additional help at: 877-453-6686.

Just display some charts and it fails to do just that with even every unnecessary process turned off.
