Posted .Hello BrittneyS, we are sorry to hear that your IdeaPad 1 15 did not meet your expectations. This model IdeaPad 1 15 features a HD (1366x768) resolution display, with a TN panel display type, a display panel that generally has narrower viewing angles and lower color accuracy on average than other display types, such as IPS panel displays. Regarding system speed, if your IdeaPad 1 15 has been switched out of S-Mode, be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 11. Incompatible software will cause the system to not perform properly and impair function. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this conflicts with the existing copy of the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to the original factory default settings if any of the programming errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom of your Windows 11 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on-screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If your problem persists after troubleshooting steps were implemented, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support for additional help at: 877-453-6686.

Called the store to ask what to do and the person I spoke to I was unable understand them bc they were not even from this country.

After some troubleshooting by my ISP, we finally tested the upload/download speed and found that it was 13 mbps, which is extraordinarily slow! Needless to say—I am extremely disappointed! I have an appointment with the geek squad on Tuesday. If this issue cannot be resolved, then I will return this product asap!
