This laptop is the best thing I’ve purchased in a long time. It was easy to use and it has everything I need. I’m not a gamer or anything like that, but I think it’s fast enough for me. I would highly recommend this. The graphics are amazing and it has decent speakers.

I really like it im not a iphone user it was great that my could connect to it so when my daughter is on my phone i can still check my messages. Its fast and easy to use i love that i don't have to open 2 or more windows for certain apps its amazing i love it

I absolutely love this laptop. NO CRASHES, whereas my Dell crashed every 10 minutes for TWO YEARS. Great graphics, great speed, easy install (Microsoft was a pain though LOL). Had it up and running within 10 minutes of arrival. Also the price was great!!

Good for the $$ just freezes a lot at times and the plastic is kind of peeling off the screen, and does get hot at times not enough to shut it off but enough for it to get louder and feel hotter and get slower

I bought this as an open box, clearance unit, so I got an incredible deal. Even at full price it is a good deal. Good performance, nice keyboard feel and lots of connections. The SD card slot is a huge plus, as you can use it to expand your storage simply and quickly. The only downside is that the speaker volume is not that great, but I use external speakers or earbuds most of the time so that's really not a problem for me. Speed is good and apps run well. No complaints there. The only other minor issue is that the mouse pad is a little tough to get the feel, but I use an wireless mouse most of the time so that's not huge either.

Not the fastest but for the price point of $199 for a windows 11 laptop with this size screen, is a must have. I will be using this laptop out in the field daily, so if it breaks its at a price point i can buy another one easily.

I bought a cheaper computer this time as I don't use it for anything really important. I do emails and watch YouTube. I don't that much about computers but I need to stay in the loop. I love the Geek Squad as backup.

good computer for simple work projects and teams and zoom meetings had to get off windows s mode and go to normal windows 11 to download programs but good for streaming movies and surfing the net. not the most fast computer in the world but it works

I have had this computer a little over a year and it sucks! Now, I do love the size of it and that’s about it. This computer broke in half within 7 months of me having it. Sometimes the keys don’t work. I would say get this computer if you just need a filler and can’t afford anything better.

This laptop was perfect for small at home use. I didn’t need a beat of a machine just something to use at home for surfing the web and a few spreadsheets to process

A basic computer gets the job done for simple tasks. I would give it more stars but its not a touch screen. Has a long battery life. Overall it is a good for bargin for the price
