Slow internet and had to delete most programs already installed to get the systems to work

Good response and speed when using the keyboard, especially when streamlining. with HBO, Stars , Netflix and Primtime

they told me they would deliver my laptop in one day and it took 3 days.

Honestly not my favorite, yes it was cheap but cheap isn’t always better

Overall solid but the mouse pad doesn’t work well it needs a mouse attachment

The computer was purchased by someome I do not know using my phone number and tt details. They received services for free on the computer and after calling for over a year no one will take me seriously. Based on what I found out from the purchaser.. the employee used my info and she had no idea tt was not free. and that she was using someone else's subscription.

I use this laptop in conjunction with my desktop to give me flexibility in my business. It does an awesome job.

i really dont like this laptop, i dont know much about computers, so i asked an associate to help me find a good laptop, in the open box section. i realiy dont like because it doesnt have chrome, or even google. wish i would have known but its probably toolate to do anything about it.

Runs to slow, start up is slow. Still trying to examine features.

It’s so slow! Not even worth $200. I wanted to return it to Best Buy, but they Only give you 15 days. I was one day pass that and they would not allow me to return it. Now I’m stuck with a hunk of junk. This is a dinosaur.

Overall good, but too many preinstalled software that require you to sign up or enroll for a "free trial". I just want to use the computer and the software I choose and not have to go through the effort to uninstall or continuously get prompted that I have a free trial available.

My son loves his computer for school. He uses it all the time and states he has no problem so far.

Doesn’t seem to stay connected to the internet. Always disconnecting.
