Great buy! I got this for my son who is doing online school..as someone that works in it and have been for over 10 years, this is a great starter laptop.

Worked great for the first few months, now is constantly freezing and I had trouble trying to just open the Lenovo app to update everything

This is your basic laptop, great for the internet and email. It runs Word and Excel just fine but slows down when multitasking between more than two programs. The screen is average.

It's a pretty good laptop for the price I liked the fact that I was able to pick it up from the store and not have to pay the whole balance at once

This laptop is lightweight, durable and runs fast. I bought it for my son to have for schoolwork and he even plays games on it

I had this laptop for almost 2 years, and the hinge broke without it even being dropped or anythibg. Now I'm seeing that I'm not the only one with this problem.

So far ive only used it for photoshop and it works well for that so far. No issues i like its huge too which is good for my class work.

The laptop is great. Purchased for my 89 yr old aunt as recommended by Best Buy staff. It is perfect for her minimal need and didn’t break her bank.

This little laptop gives a bang for your buck. I got this on sale but after using it for about a month, I would’ve paid full price.

Numberpad is superfluous, and can get a bit sluggish with multiple programs open and/or multiple tabs in the browser. Other than that, good all around laptop.

Gets the job done - I only need it for email, working on my resume, and doing zoom interviews.

I purchased this pc to back up phone it works good. Wish ram was upgradable.

It was good enough for i needed it for, We got it for college work and it did just that.

I feel that it's kind of slow. And I still can't figure out how to change the display timing.
