Good deal for a refurbished computer

Pretty sure there’s some kind of virus or something on it now, as it’s running at 100% CPU constantly and going very slow after only a few weeks. Will do some scans and see if I can fix it myself as we’ve only had it for a few weeks and already past the return window.
