    A decent lower cost laptop, though it came with an outdated version of Windows 11. To get all the updates to Windows was the usual pain in the ****. The only real negative (for the price) was the lack of a 'left/rignt' key on the track-pad. Had to read through stuff to find out the track-pad work around (2 finger). I would by again at the sale price,

    Picked up two of these on sale. One for my wife on Black Friday and one as a replacement for our school districts crappy chrome books as a Christmas present for my oldest. Great non-gaming device with a complete windows install for the price of a decent chrome book. The change from Windows S mode to full home edition was easy and quick.

    I would give you a zero if that was an option. This order had 3 items, the computer is the only thing that was delivered. I have asked for a refund, still waiting!!!! And because of you poor service, my grandson did not get his Christmas presents in time. I reordered through Amazon and it was no problem. I’m done with Best Buy! I want my refund! I have already gone through customer service and still no refund. Never again will I use Best Buy!

    This was a great laptop for the price I got it at. I bought it for my daughter for school work and light gaming. It has not disappointed me at all. The storage is limited but I cant complain about that as for $300 the value is there.
