I took it and my old laptop to the geek squad, and Joshua was very helpful. It took only a day for the data transfer to be completed, Zachary helped me with the issues and questions I had. Superfast and lightweight

Users can also take advantage of the keyboard shortcut, Fn + Q to toggle thermal modes and easily switch between prioritizing battery life or power, or even the best of both worlds. Great laptop, suspect charger

It's not charging as fast as it should. After leaving it on the charger overnight it was barely at 29%. I have exchanged it...will update based on the experience with the new one.

Older items purchased traded backin for store credit have been a great asset to buy item needed later months ahead.

The laptop is adequate for my needs, but of course it's preloaded with too much Microsoft junk and surveillance features that robs anyone of their privacy.

I love the blue

I like the keyboard, but it did take me a few days to get used to it. The keypad is useful for entering grades. Very glad I got it on Black Friday. Also, I love the blue :)
