    The Lenovo IdeaPad arrived in good shape, and on time. Initial setup was pretty straight forward and price was very competitive. I am still getting used to it, but at this point I would give it 5 Stars.

    The pickup service was excellent. The laptop is adequate for my needs, but of course it's preloaded with too much Microsoft junk and surveillance features that robs anyone of their privacy.

    Good computer for the price got it for my daughter for Christmas... had to return the bag but was told there was ac15 day return after this return with rethink my shopping for next year.

    So far so good! Much better than my old Dell. I like the keyboard, but it did take me a few days to get used to it. The keypad is useful for entering grades. Very glad I got it on Black Friday. Also, I love the blue :)

    Went back for my computer after getting computer for husband there last year on Black Friday. Found out after I got home it was not the touch screen like I got before. No one offered to help this year.

    Indicates Internet on but unable to even perform searches.. Actally called "online Geek Squad 3-4 times; they are able to fix all issues but each time I try to use my laptop I have to call in for help! My internet is Verizon but my laptop just doesn't seem to keep any of the online updates.. i definitely need help...I bought 2 Dell lapstpos but can't get laptops to keep working properly.. Help!!

      To try to resolve this, first, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button. If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem.
