    Went back for my computer after getting computer for husband there last year on Black Friday. Found out after I got home it was not the touch screen like I got before. No one offered to help this year.

    I really like my new computer, in a few words I can describe it as great. It has everything you would expect from a good computer. I also like Best Buy for the great deals.

    I would give 0 stars if possible. Worst laptop purchase I have ever have made. This is my first and last Lenovo purchase. Screen illumination and quality has always been lacking. Will often drop WiFi signal. However the biggest issue...after 6 months of use the hinge connecting the screen to the keypad is breaking and the frame is now pulling away from the screen. Some quick research online showed this is a VERY common problem for the Lenovo laptop. Quick call to customer service revealed this common issue is not covered by my one year warranty. So very disappointed and frustrated by this product.

    I bought the Lenova for my 18-year-old grandson for Christas. He loves it. In 2015, my sister bought HP laptop to replace mine that was stolen. I still have it. Great purchases!!!

    Indicates Internet on but unable to even perform searches.. Actally called "online Geek Squad 3-4 times; they are able to fix all issues but each time I try to use my laptop I have to call in for help! My internet is Verizon but my laptop just doesn't seem to keep any of the online updates.. i definitely need help...I bought 2 Dell lapstpos but can't get laptops to keep working properly.. Help!!

      To try to resolve this, first, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button. If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem.     So far so good. I really think it should come with Microsoft Office/365 instead of a trial. I definitely noticed the picture became a lot better after the updates.

    OUTSTANDING machine. Very easy to "burn in" and have not had any issues whatsoever. I have it connected to a 32" tv for a monitor and it is fantastic.

    I was setting up the laptop and was not able to connect to the WiFi . Took it to Best Buy Geek Squad. It was replaced with a brand new one. Ver pleased with the customer service!

    So far I am pleased with the performance on the unit. The only concern is the battery. When I charge the battery it only reaches 80 percent

Regarding your battery, some Lenovo models are equipped with power management programs that either extend the run time of the battery or extend the life of the battery. The partial battery percentage available relative to the full battery capacity (plugged in, not charging) indicates that this sort of setting may be enabled. Under this setting, the battery does not charge to 100% when connected to an AC adapter in order to preserve the battery’s life.
