The problem is that i received an outdated version of windows and it required an additional purchase to update to a current and supported version of the operating system.

Don’t waste your money!

The display is very bad as well. I would like a refund but unfortunately those are hard to get so I would say, Don’t waste your money.

Defective computer

I received my laptop today and it nothijg like what was advertised. For a full HD laptop the screen looked wasked, light, not crisp at all. I live outside the states and now i have to be troubling myself with return fees and headaches. IT IS NOT fair to sell a defective computer and do not provide any exceptions to the return policy for international buys. Im so hurt and stressed. I wont sleep tonight because of your company deception. Now i have to keep this and lose because i can't afford to return it.

It's cheap,I get it, but less than a year and I barely use it. I bought it for work but I work construction so it gets used maybe 3 to 10 hours a week at most. Pretty disappointed and will not look to lenovo brand in the future

The casing fell apart within weeks

The case and screen split apart from each other, then those split from the rest of the laptop. Very disappointed and since these were open box items, I've been unable to get help from best buy or lenovo
