    The only thing that is cheap about this laptop are some cosmetics. It works great, has a very nice display, lots of memory and a cool touch screen. I also like that it has the built in cd/dvd player when so many don't.

    I investigated chromebooks for my company's on-call/after-hours support person. I only need access to the internet for support call tracking and schedule monitoring. Of all the Chromebooks, I got the best bang for the buck with the Lenovo Ideapad 100s. I am so pleased. It was an easy setup and fast connections to local wifi and hotspots.

    I have owned a few chromebooks before, so I knew what I was getting when I made the purchase. I loved the keyboard when I tried it out in the store, but didn't notice the cheap feel of the build quality when I was playing around with it at Best Buy. When I got home, I realized that it was a fairly flimsy device. It is classically excellent Chromebook quality in terms of the software and OS, but I was disappointed with the build quality, so I brought it back and exchanged it for a different device.

    A great buy! My children use it for school and pleasure. What an inexpensive piece of electronics that does everything you can ask it to do. I may buy a second unit so they can each have a computer to work on.
