Not very user friendly for an average computer use

Not even a year later the screen stops working for no reason. Lenovo claimed it was out of warranty already ( hasn't been a year yet) and since we don't have a proof of purchase any longer we can't get a replacement. I do not plan on buying another chrome book any time soon.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Totally jacked up out of the box...I bought an open box floor model Dell laptop a year ago for my professional use, and was very happy with the Open Box purchase, so I was not hesitant to buy an open box Geek Squad Certified product again, only this time, I think the Geek Squad member who cleared this for sale must have not been interested in doing his/her job...hopefully, if this is person is still working for Best Buy, he/she will be taken to task for shipping me a product that fails to launch...yes, it crashes immediately my upon my starting it up to set it up. It''s going back tomorrow, and I expect a battle on my hands because I didn't open the box until 4 weeks after it arrived by mail because I had surgery on my foot and honestly forgot about it. It was meant to be a back up chrome book (my son keeps taking mine because he is in college and has one break and one get stolen). I sincerely hope that Best Buy is reasonable about this as I have been a customer for more than 16 years, and have purchased numerous computers and products. I simply will not trust open box products anymore.
