Lenovo is a good product. It just wasn't what I need.

I was hoping for a litte more out of ths notebook!

This was not my first chromebook, and, while it had everything I love about chromebooks, it also came with the limitations you would expect from a $150 laptop. At this point, other items on sale are far better than this one.

Bought this chromebook for my son. Worked great at first then crashed 7 months in right after the warranty expired. Coincidence..i think not. Thank goodness at least it was close to school year ending.

Could not get anything to run on it but Chrome and my grandson did not like it for that reason..Returned for replacement and made sure to not purchase a Chrome Book this time.

This laptop continues to have freezing issues, disconnects from the Internet often, and hard drive has a skipping noise unlike normal read noise.

Purchased my Chromebook Friday, and it's great. Nice and light, fast, stable. Keyboard is nice and responsive, screen is bright with good resolution, touch pad works good, doesn't feel flimsy.

I wanna to use this as an alternative to a tablet but it's way to slow and out dated. I do not recommend a chrome book.

I don't advise this chromebook. Bought new from Best Buy in March 2016. The screen went out in Sept 2016. It has a 1 year warranty but Best Buy would not honor it. I have bought several thousand dollars of Best Buy products through the years. I am very disappointed with them and the Lenovo brand. Think long and hard before you buy this brand and Best Buy.

This is a decent computer for internet use only. The pages don't load quickly and the memory id poor

The computer had no way I knew how to put pictures on there and that's what I wanted it for.

This laptop was very difficult to set up. I returned it for a chromebook for my child.

This price of $150 is really low for what you get. The keyboard and screen are excellent. Comes with charger. Nice touchpad, although I put a mouse on it if I can, but great size for portability versus my AIO 23 inch main PC. Also the listed WiFi specs on BBuy are wrong. This little guy has fastest wireless dual band AC. The specs at Lenovo.com are correct, but I knew when I connected since it saw both my 5 and 2.4 GHZ access points. Has Intel dual core processor and runs super fast with SSD and the 2GB memory. This is a solid machine at a tiny price. I love the little guy. Remember this is Chrome not Windows 10. But it ran YouTube videos great down in my basement and my router is on the second floor at other end of house - great connectivity. Some reviews are comparing a Chromebook to a $1500 Windows-10 top laptop, which isn't fair. Buy it for email, and web surfing, but you can also use Google doc's and other apps. Also has nice webcam.

Too slow graphics were poor, battery life was not sufficient

After two months keys would occasionally miss or become dysfunctional; by 5 months of semi-frequent use, te product was unusable due to all numbers begin operational and many letters . Factory resets, power washes, and other fixes proved useless.

This product was very disappointing. The processor was fine the first six weeks. Then it slowed down then kept stalling. I later found the processor was bad and that replacing it would cost almost as much as a new laptop.

After setting up Chromebook I found out you cannot access online bank accounts. Most banks only support Windows operating systems. I will return the Chromebook and purchase a Windows laptop.

i bought this to be a junky laptop for watching hulu and netflix, was not dissapointed. trow it around all over the place, still works. nothing special but you get exactly what ya pay for
