The product is great. The store wasn't so much. I have been patronizing this store for sometime. I am an elite member as well. I always try to shop at the local store. I was very displeased with the manger and the way Best Buy handles the rewards certificates. I have/had several certificates to redeem and no one could help me?? Seriously. With the technology available today they couldn't access any of them. Very disappointing. The only answer I continued to get was, "You have to go online and accept the certificates"? The rewards program doesn't work like it was intended. I may not shop here again. No one at this store tried to offer a solution. I would've said, " Sir, no problem. I see you are an elite member. I will give you the credit for the $15 dollar certificate you say you earned. I appreciate your business." I would've left happy and continued to tell everyone about the store and the employees. Now, I probably won't EVER shop here again. This use to be an awesome store with awesome management. Not so much anymore. oh yeah, another thing!!! The employee who was assisting me was on the phone with the manager, I could see them communicating. The employee also mentioned that was the store manager. "THE MANAGER NEVER CAME OVER????"

The chrome book seems to work good do far. Purchased 15 one was DOA. All the others seem to work fine.

After my beloved Samsung Chromebook of 4+ years died, I found this gem at Best Buy -- less expensive and slightly larger than my old one, it has proven to be an excellent replacement.

My husband has a habit of drinking coffee near the laptop. He is bedridden due to illness. He is always on his chromebook. Purchased this new one, due to a coffee spill on last one. This one is awesome, and much faster than the last one we had been using. It's picture view is much clearer also. He loves it. Let's hope he keeps the coffee away!

I bought ten of these to replace some Asus Chromebooks that my students were using last year, and had worn out. These seem sturdier and a bit faster. We've only had them in use for a week, but the students like them better.

I purchased the items to use with my students in my classroom. I have found the equipment to be easy to use as well as easy to teach my primary students to use. I continue to use it, trying different programs on my own so that I can teach my students how to use the same programs. I am still learning and I am joy am enjoying the learning process

This laptop was nice and cheap. I bought it for my mom who is not very techy this is a basic computer for her and very easy to use.

I bought this computer for my high school daughter. All I was looking for was a computer that she can do her school projects on and surf the Internet. For the low price I paid for this computer it meets all our needs.

great value - cost and effectiveness - cost was excellent

My daughter finds it easy and fun to use. It would have been 5 star, but it is difficult to transfer apps from the main account of the pc, and can't watch direct tv on it at all. But still great for a child.

Great laptop for basic functions such as email and browsing. Chrome OS is easy to use as the Chrome browser. Many Apps available such as for documents and spreadsheets. Lenovo has been a reliable brand for me including a Yoga 2 Pro I have had for two years.

It does everything a chrome book should within expectations. You shouldn't really expect anything more than a web browser, but then again, it's a chromebook. Build quality is solid and battery life is good.

I am a big fan of chromebooks. Like other chromebooks, it is ideal for web browsing. It is quick, for the price. Simply a nice product.
