Terrible for college student

However, the fact that it shut down during the last phase of her work on a team project for a final exam grade, and would not turn back on, is totally unacceptable. I purchased this for her less than four months ago. (And neither the Bestbuy or the Lenovo websites make it easy to find any information about the warranty.)
