I tried updating software and running recommended browser and it is so slow it is almost unusable. I realize this is a lower-end computer and has a very small memory, but I only need it for emails and Microsoft Word/Excel. I've tried watching Netflix on it and it runs too slow. I tried returning this a few weeks after purchase and was told since I did not have my receipt they could not take it back even though I had the card I paid with and have a BB account number. Now I have a brand new computer that is worthless and have to use my 5 year old Lenovo instead.

Posted .This sounds as though the install Windows 10 update and setup had an error. This system is equipped with OneKey Recovery System. There is a very small pin hole on top left side of the device, right near the left hinge on the device. You will need a pin to push this reset button. Plug the device in. Let the battery charge for about 15 minutes. Push the reset button. The system should boot to a choice screen where you can choose "Restore To Factory Default". Select this. It will delete everything from the hard drive except the original factory install of the operating system. You will need to reinstall all programs and files after the reset. If you don't have copies of the files, try to make one before you restore by selecting "Boot to desktop" and trying to back up your files.

They can do there work online and play there online games on it. Computer is light and compact. No issues with the speed and performance of the computer yet. I've had it for a couple months now and still working great.

Lenovo laptop good value ,great laptop

They look alike, and have fast start up and easy to set up Windows 10 account. My grandson loves his games and videos, and yes school work online.
