Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo IdeaPad 100s-14 laptop. With regard to the speaker volume, you might try going in to Properties for sounds/speaker. For Playback, find the Enhancement Tab. Find Equalizer. Change setting to Powerful.

We purchased this to surf the web but it took forever to load just the browser. Even though the price was inexpensive we still had faith that a Lenovo would do what it said it would do. We promptly returned it and bought an HP.
