Not laggy (so far), plays videos fine. Volume gets loud. It’s small and compact. Got at good price, I preferred over chromebook.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this for my wife, she does volunteer work for non-profits and works mainly with Word, Excel and PowerPoint, so this made the laptop a great deal with included 1 year subscription to Office 365. She also uses it to stream Korean dramas, play words with friends check e-mail, Facebook, Instagram, etc. I picked up on sale for less than $100, considering that Office 365 1yr subscription is almost 2/3rd of that its a great deal While it does ship with the bare minimum memory and storage, 2GB/32GB. I picked up a micro SD 64GB rated for 100M read -write speed. The motherboard and card reader almost deliver the rated speeds 89M. I say this because a lot of built in readers only deliver USB 1 speeds up to 33M. I moved all the data and docs in Windows to the SD card. It simplifies data backup. The included full-size HDMI makes connecting to a TV or monitor simple. I did tweak settings to reduce memory and cpu use. The Memory and storage are not replaceable as they are solder onto the MB. Great for travel
