You wont be blowing any minds with an amazing video card or blazing fast processing speed, but for an everyday basic use laptop it does a great job. At the end of the day it's a Lenovo and they make quality products.

Nothing amazing but does the basic stuff well and it’s far lighter than taking either of our normal laptops.

I hate microsoft

Needed a smaller device for anticipated travel, for my high-schooler to get work done. I've resisted the appeals to upgrade to windows 10 on the computer I use more at home, and I'm glad I didn't upgrade. It meets the need, but I hate microsoft & windows 10.

Posted .With regard to learning your way around Windows 10, you may want to try YouTube.com (just type that address in your browser address window). There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.

Posted .This system should provide good speed with its Intel Celeron processor,2GB of RAM and the 32GB solid state hard drive. Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programing errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If the problem persists, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686.

My work laptop is locked down so I am unable to perform my personal tasks. This laptop is perfect! Very lightweight so I can take both laptops without added bulk or weight. I added a 128GB microchip for storage and it has two USB ports. I find it is fast when using hotspots. I can easily stream from Netflix or another service as well as use social media and email. The use of cloud drives allows easy access to my files without taking up internal storage. Overall a great personal laptop that is light, flexible, and user-friendly.
