Should have checked the memory need more than 32gb

While it was formatted, after starting the computer and doing all the steps and installing Firefox and my anti-virus, i only had 1 gb left of memory. I had to delete, compress, modify, move file programs and what not to get 4 more gbs. 32 is sooo restrictive. I would have gotten the 64 gb if i paid attention. I do like how fast it starts up and the keyboard is fantastic. But if i were a nob with tech, i would have returned it that same day. The price was right and im only using it for school to do papers and research, but could i at least install iTunes so i can listen to music?

If you installed a different 3rd party anti virus software program without uninstalling McAfee, this is the cause of the problems you are experiencing. There can only be one active anti virus software program on the device at a time. If you need more storage space for this device, you can use either a Micro-SD card or a Flash Drive to add more storage space.
