It is easy to use and I bought it at a great price. Did not like that we had to pay .50 to set it up. My granddaughter is happy with it so that makes me love it. I would recommend it.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ok, this does what I got it for.. except... they load it w/ Windows 10 but lacking memory for the updates as 10 is a complete resource hog. I get to deal with constant attempts to load updates only to have them fail and just a whole lot of annoyances from the first month in. I use it for something minimal and this is a true annoyance. Now debating on replacing the screen or system all-together as I just broke the LCD and a replacement screen is about a third of the cost, granted easy to replace but... is it worth it :/ I do not like buying disposable items, I like to get proper use out of things.

At the store I was told I could add an additional 4GB of RAM but when I got it home I learned that upgrading the memory wasn't an option. I tried over the next couple of days to see if this would be a useful browsing system but it was so slow it was frustrating and I ended up returning it.
