Very slow
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was using the laptop for school, but found it very difficult to complete assignments because of how slow it was. Also, the camera software always seemed to disconnect right when I had a proctored exam.

Great in a pinch
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this laptop after my main PC crashed. I needed something quick and cheap while looking/saving for a new PC. You can't beat the price. Sure it's no mac but it exceeded my expectations.

so little memory
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Has very little memory. Must uninstall a lot of things that it came with just to allow for Microsoft updates. But as an open box special it was very inexpensive (under $100).

Like, Why??? Who raised you???
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. What was the point of creating this laptop??? You can't do anything on it all. Not even run the antivirus! The first time that I turned on the laptop, I said "Mmm, something ain't right with this ...". It was slow as molasses. It has 2GB of memory which honestly, for me, is not sufficient with all the web surfing that I do. I would have 2 tabs open and this laptop would just go crazy. Edge would crash, outlook wouldn't open up, just a mess. This laptop has absolutely NO STORAGE. NONE. It has 32gb eMMC flash memory, and guess what? Windows 10 ALONE takes up more than 90% of that storage. I actually had to move ALL of my documents because windows 10 needed space to download updates. And windows 10 ALWAYS has something they need to update and ALWAYS need a chunk of space for updates *eye roll*, but that's a whole 'nother ball game. Anyway, it was at this point I said, "Oh no, you are going back TO-MO-RROW!". I didn't even last a full 2 weeks with it. I took it back and got an HP Envy instead. Don't spend your money on this. Don't be cheap like I was. Bite the bullet and spend a little more (if you can) on a better laptop. Your productivity will thank you.

According to Microsoft Support, you can use an external hard drive, formatted NTFS, when downloading Windows 10 updates for the needed temporary files. Here is a link to an explanation:

Not enough hard drive space
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It’s an ok computer. It doesn’t have much of a hard drive so you can’t add many things to it. Wish I would’ve spent another $50-$100 to get more hard drive space.
