But the time i was goin to purchase it I confirmed 2-3 times and I was told that I will get MS office but after I have purchased no one is ready to give that. I like best buy but this time they have disappointed me with giving such service.

It's the same size and unimpressive power metrics, but who cares? It's great for basic YouTubing, emailing, document editing, etc. For the price, it's unbeatable.
