Called Best Buy (where I bought it) and they aren't willing to assist unless I want to pay!

It is a laptop in name only - it functions, but barely has more storage space than a cellphone. The keyboard died on it and I was happy, as it gave me a reason to purchase something better without feeling guilty.

Even with all the bloatware and apps uninstalled, leaving nothing but the core OS it is still tragically slow. The screen quality is nothing to write home about either. Save yourself the disappointment and go with something else, trust me.
