||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.As of date 12/27/2018 This laptop has a 50/50 chance of ending up in my pile of electronics to be worked on in the future. With no possible option of repair. Took it to the Best Buy at 9701 Roosevelt Blvd. in Philadelphia and the Geek Squad gave me two options. Either they update the laptop for $200 or I contact Lenovo. Since I purchased this laptop on June 8, 2018 I have had nothing but problems. I have never been able to update the device and after I decided not to accept McAfee as my security protection the software problems escalated. I asked the guy at the Geek Squad why aren't people complaining he said they are. That is why they stopped carrying the item. I don't know if that is true because Best buy gives the option for me to order the same item again.
