She has been able to do what she needs and has room to play games and socialize. We haven't had not one issue thus far.

I wanted a cheap laptop just so I could write and...I got it. Laptop is lightweight and that's really the only thing I like about it. The cursor jumps around a lot, especially when I'm using Word. I'll be in the middle of typing and the cursor will jump to another line. Browser takes forever to come up and I have the same issue with the cursor moving around and not going where I want it to. Always updates and sometimes I get errors when I open a document and I've only been using it for 2 weeks. Wish I'd paid a little more for a Dell or something better.

I've got a 17in. Laptop and now I hardly use it.

The resolution is horrible, you have to get the screen in just the right angle to look decent, even if it's the slightest movement up, down left, right the picture is all wrong. When I watch youtube it seems to struggle to catch up, I guess it's called lag. Every other tablet and device I have in my home doesn't lag like that when watching videos, and they are 2-5 years old. I guess if you want to use it for writing papers it will be ok but not for watching movies, YouTube, or playing Xbox One. This is why I had originally bought this laptop, so I can play xbox one on the go, but the picture is so bad that I am going to return it and get some sort of tablet that has Windows.
