I've never had a problem with this computer in almost a year of using it nearly every day for class. The storage can fill up pretty quickly, but I purchased a flash drive and transferred everything over and it was fine.

Purchased this at the Eden Prairie, MN store. I must commend them on their customer service. The software needed to be tweaked and the process was completed in a short time without any hassle. It does not have a hard drive so it is fast, compared with other laptops of this processor model. My daughter loves it because of the color and it came with 1 year free Office 365. It is light and the screen resolution is excellent. Do not purchase this if you want it for gaming.

Litrle slow but okay for the price.

Good pc for the low price, but had to return it.

However, within a week I realized this laptop didn't have enough memory and processing to handle the bloated Windows 10 platform and still provide smooth HD video streaming. I upgraded to a Chromebook with 4GB memory, and I haven't had a single glitch or interruption.
