Have been using the laptop for a month now, so far it works perfectly. Decent battery life, screen need a bit more brightness. Otherwise it's a great laptop.

You cannot beat the price and the product seems like it's quality built. I do recommend an external harddrive for saving everything. The track pad is touchy as well and sometimes opens things when I don't want it to. Screen is very low resolution. Unless your doing just simple tasks I would spend more and get something faster and with better parts.

Concerning the touchpad sensitivity, you can make adjustments to the touchpad in your system settings. You can get there by clicking on the magnifying glass at the bottom left of your Windows 10 screen. Type "touchpad" in the search window. Select "Mouse & touchpad settings" from the list of choices. You can make general adjustments to the touchpad there. You can also select "Additional mouse options" for more detailed adjustments to the touchpad sensitivity by increasing the delay of the touchpad.

I had an issue with the touchpad, but I took it to Geek Squad and they quickly fixed the issue. I did not wanted to buy a super expensive laptop because it is for a 5 year old and 7 year old to do hw. So the laptop is perfect for that. Not to mention it is cute.
