I love this little laptop. It's sleek, lightweight and small enough to take on the go. The keys are large though so I can type my documents with ease. This was the perfect decision for me.

At first, I didn't feel this size computer would/could perform as my previous one but it has proven to be capable of handling ALL the assignments that I have to handle in the course of a day.

I am getting older and carrying my 14" laptop for vacation became a burden. All I need a laptop for during traveling is to browse the internet, no need for a fancy large laptop. Also, I am not a tablet person. When Best Buy had this little light weight 11.9" on sale for less than $110, I jumped on it and very happy after months of use. The Lenovo is small and light enough to put in a medium sized backpack. Best of all, it came with very little useless apps. It is fast enough for normal browsing and watching Netflix. The only draw back is the need for a micro SD card for storage due to being only 32GB. But micro SD card is cheap. No remorse for buying this little gem.

You get what you pay for has never been more relevant. I tried to use this but found it to be incredibly slow. There is no way I had the patience for this. It was meant to be for very simple Word documents but too slow for even email.

This is great little computer, I use to read email and surf the internet, while sitting in my easy chair. I plan to take with me when I travel.

Great products for the money. Usually love tops out of this light are twice the price. It's just the right size screen to and if I have to give to my kids I know they won't be overwhelmed.

I bought this laptop for my 8 year old and she loves it. It is great for her to complete her homework assignments which are mainly in the computer (I-ready, think central, spelling city etc)

I got this for my 8yo daughter's birthday. It's great for her, mostly YouTube and Netflix. The memory is minimal but great for her needs. I wouldn't use this for school our work though.

My son wanted this computer so he could practice typing and to write stories if he wanted to. It's perfect for a first time computer for a child, at least for mine. He really likes it.

We bought this for our grandson. We were tired of him playing games and watching you tube videos on our laptop. He loves it. It is easy to use. He is 10 and received it for his birthday.

Horribly slow. Screen intermittently doesnt turn back on. Mush keyboard. SLOW! Cant even have 2 tabs open in chrome without massive lag. Oh and returns can be a big hassle now that BB uses The Retail Equation. I was 1 day past my receipt return date, and the manager was happy to override it and issue the refund. Until the Retail Equation decided I cant have any returns for 90 days. Not even the manager can override that. The Retail Equation = unhappy customers. Hows that equation BB? Now I get to own this horrible horrible laptop.

Light weight, small size fits in my carry-on bag, great for travel. Screen is a good size, image quality is excellent, Micro SD slot is a bonus. Over all, a great value at this price point.

I expected this computer to be slow and limited based on the specs, but thought there would be more storage. When ordering a laptop with a 16gb hard drive, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect at least half of that to be free. What I got, out of the box, before adding any programs, was 5 GB of space. Then it ran an update and dropped to 3. I needed to install exactly one program on this device, and there wasn't enough room. I know windows 10 is a big OS, but it's definitely not a 13 GB behemoth. Returned it within 24 hours.

The laptop doesn’t hold much memory, but I was able to free up space by deleting apps I wouldn’t use. It’s perfect for me, for typing papers and emailing them to my instructors.

Purchased for grandchild, but she received a laptop. Decided to keep for later. Should have booted it during the time I could return it. Awful, awful, awful piece of junk!. I've learn my lesson, not even worth playing games on because it won't load them. Not even good for web browsing!

I bought this as an audio media player, and for that purpose it fills the need! It's also small enough to easily hide. As it's a basic laptop and small it's also not likely to be stolen.

Bought this for my son for school. Turned out not to be what he needed, but he uses it for games for his niece and he put apps on it so she can watch her favorite shows without monopolizing the television. So...win-win.

After uninstalling all unwanted programs this laptop runs as fast as my Dell. I added a USB network card to increase the web page speed, and Office 365 works really well with this unit.

Space is mostly used up with everything it came with. It freezes up sometimes. It came with windows 10 and is a nice size. Other than that I can't do much. Can't download anything.
