It did all your typical function (word, documents, wed browsing etc.) with no problem and at a good speed. However one it (while plugged in) it completely died. Screen went black and was never able to get it to work. I contacted the manufacture and wouldn't you knw that the one year warranty had expired the week before it broke down. Any attempt to fix it would cost more than the laptop was worth so I just ended up scrapping it and buying a new one.

It’s so slow that when I’m typing something I have to stop and wait for it to catch up with me and when I stream something on Amazon or YouTube it freezes, skips, and the audio is choppy and fuzzy at times. The same videos are fine on my tv or other computer that is years old.

This configuration ships with the dual core AMD A9-9425 processor, with a base speed 3.1GHz and a boost speed of up to 3.7GHz. This processor is supported by 4GB DDR4-1866MHz RAM and a 128GB solid state hard drive. This is a mid-level configuration and should not experience any lag under normal mid-level use. Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programming errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults.
