Good Value, But Faulty Charging Port

It seemed like a great value at the time. Unfortunately, I began having to replace the charger in August 2019 (purchased chargers in Aug 2019, Nov 2019, May 2020, and now Aug 2020). I am on my 4th (post manufacturer provided one, so total 5) purchased charger and again the computer is not charging. I have called Lenovo Tech Support and their solution is to "provide me with the SKU for a new charger". I've already purchased 4, so it is not the charger...if 5 chargers have failed in under a year and a half, it's pretty clear it is not the chargers themselves. At this rate, I'll have spent more money on chargers than the PC itself. It's clear there is an issue with the PC itself, but since it's now "past warranty and was purchased from Best Buy instead of Lenovo directly, there is nothing" that Lenovo can do. I've been a Dell customer and decided to try Lenovo. Unfortunately, their service has made me feel like it was a mistake to buy this computer and I'll likely not purchase another Lenovo again based on this experience.

With regard to the touchpad, you can make adjustments to the touchpad in your system settings. You can get there by clicking on the magnifying glass at the bottom left of your Windows 10 screen. Type "touchpad" in the search window. Select "Mouse & touchpad settings" from the list of choices. You can make general adjustments to the touchpad there. You can also select "Additional mouse options" for more detailed adjustments to the touchpad sensitivity by increasing the delay of the touchpad.
