I’m a college student and I also use it for my Cricut design space. I’ve also hooked it up to my projector and it works great! It’s not an intel core 7 processor, but it works fine for my needs.

It does not respond to half of your presses, it has a horrible lag, and it's extremely frustrating. My wife and kids experienced the same frustration. We resorted to using a USB mouse, but I decided that we shouldn't have to endure a defective product. I returned the item one day after purchasing it.

Posted .With regard to the touchpad, you can make adjustments to the touchpad in your system settings. You can get there by clicking on the magnifying glass at the bottom left of your Windows 10 screen. Type "touchpad" in the search window. Select "Mouse & touchpad settings" from the list of choices. You can make general adjustments to the touchpad there. You can also select "Additional mouse options" for more detailed adjustments to the touchpad sensitivity by increasing the delay of the touchpad. Also, video processing is quite good. My spouse is really pleased with it. She utilizes it for embroidery interface with her embroidery machine and to access the internet for downloading embroidery files. Her previous pc was a clunky slow Dell.

Visual and features are good. Good for playing basically games like Sims (why I bought it) though the memory is low so if that's something you need then consider buying an external drive for more memory.

She said it performed just great. She needed it because a dipweed instructor needed his tests "proctored and monitored" on line. I took the new one she just bought and added an 8GB RAM set to it and IT works just great, too.

For basic functions, this is perfect. Good size with a nice screen. I wanted to avoid any laptops with less than 8GB of memory or tiny hard drives (<256GB) -- both areas where the cheap laptops usually cut costs.

This battery is not user replaceable. It can only be replaced by a certified technician. This configuration ships with a 2CELL_35WH_INTERNAL, Lithium Polymer Battery, with a battery life of up to 4 hours, depending on the work the device is performing. It is good with Microsoft Office type programs, internet browsing and other moderate work. This model ships with Windows 10 S-Mode Operating System. Windows 10 S-Mode provides added security by only allowing APPs available ( and therefore certified by Microsoft) at the Microsoft Store. Also if you happen to have any slight hiccups the help you receive is very helpful and such an easy process. Much better than my old computer. The only thing I miss is my touch screen but I can live.

Lenovo - IdeaPad 15.6" Laptop

I use it mostly as a laptop and it hasn't failed me yet! I use this pretty much all day and have multiple windows opened and I haven't had any issues at all but I do plan on upgrading the RAM in the near future.
