Probably would have been much better with 128GB storage and a little more memory. I got wat I wanted tohoug a Nice Windows 11 machine to look over and work with before upgrading my main machine.

I've attempted to utilize this laptop 3 times for class using Microsoft Teams and all 3 instances resulted in the laptop continuously disconnecting the webcam. I updated the computer, restarted, went through the help function and nothing has fixed it. Yesterday I attempted to use it for a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, each time I attempted to use a "new" function in Excel it would cause the program to freeze for about 45 seconds. If you want to browse the web and do NOTHING ELSE this will work, if you NEED to use this for work or school it will leave you frustrated and wishing you wouldn't have trusted Best Buy to offer a quality product.
