Excellent entry-level laptop

For the money, this was an outstanding purchase -- very happy with it. Plus the recipient was able to start using it immediately; a two-minute learning curve at most.

It can be a starter computer for those who need just minor uses/features. You can not beat the screen size, processing speed and other features at this price point. It's a must buy if you currently do not have a computer at this sale price.

Moving from 1 screen to the next is painfully slow and this has nothing to do with internet connectivity. The processor must be slow. There have been times where the screen just goes black. Don’t cheap out!

It works great, however, the Windows 11 OS it comes with is very different than Windows 10 OS and it is difficult to figure out how to use this new OS. Overall it serves our purpose.
