First, it would not come out of “safe mode” when I got it. I had to go to the Geek Squad to put it in full normal mode. Now, it will not run a Zoom meeting without cutting out . It is terribly slow and not recommended by this guy

This model ships with Windows 11 Home in S-Mode Operating System, a more secure, lighter version of the Windows 11 Operating System due to the computer’s entry level specifications. This Lenovo IdeaPad 1i 14 is not meant for multi-tasking or demanding programs. It is good for utilizing built-in and compatible applications available in the Microsoft App store and light internet browsing.
