Microsoft products are crap. Bought it to replace a Lenovo chromebook that my cats broke, not even realizing it wasn't another Chromebook, because I was tired. I keep trying to touch the screen to no effect. Chromebooks are just better. I prefer my phone. I just use it when I need the bigger screen.

Not lot of memory, amd not a high performance computer by no means but it is great for the price.
